Andrew Wiercixzewski, 10, (left) from Belleville, reacts as the ball hits him and bounces off. At right of Andrew are other fifth and sixth graders participating in a fun game of dodgeball at the Bellevue Park bandstand in Belleville. They are: Taylor Kelly, 12; Kayleigh Kreher, 10; and Natalie Schwaegel, 10; all of Belleville. The youngsters are attending Camp Quackers, a day camp sponsored by the Belleville Parks & Recreation Department, for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. On Wednesday, they will hold a Camp Quackers Olympics, on Thursday they take a field trip to Splash City in Collinsville, and Friday is the culminating event, a Penny Carnival. About 50 youngsters attended the final week of the annual camp. The camp runs for ten weeks during the summer, starting in early June.
