This is a slice of the English Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake at Fezziwig's Charles Dickens Tea Room & Cafe' in Lebanon. The date-based cake is drizzled with a caramel sauce made with bourbon-smoked sugar and is the signature dessert.  Customers can have lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday's through Saturdays at the newly-opened cafe'.  Before or after their meal they can shop at Fezziwig's for all sorts of imported British items.
