The Gulf Shores Restaurant & Grill in Edwardsville is the second location of the popular Cajun-themed eatery which has another site in St. Louis. This location is within the Edwardsville Crossing shopping complex. Owner Harry Parker holds a menu at a table loaded with favorites from his restaurant. Clockwise from front left is the Buffalo Shrimp Salad (Romaine and field greens, tossed with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and cheese and topped with jumbo battered shrimp coated with Frank's Red Hot Sauce and other Cajun seasonings, and served with homemade Cajun Ranch dressing); the Seaside Combo (two hand-battered Cod fish fillets and six jumbo shrimp); and the Bourbon Street Combo (homemade jambalaya, Andouille sausage, homemade crab cake and red beans with rice). The drink at center is a Pat O'Brien Hurricane (named after the classic drink that originated at the famous New Orleans bar).
