About Tim Vizer Photography

I am an editorial and corporate freelance photographer in the Midwest plus a contributing photographer to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the Agence France-Presse and Agencia EFE international wire services.

I have covered the World Series, Super Bowl, MLB All-Star Game, NCAA Final Four, the Olympic Festival, NASCAR races, the Indy 500, the Kentucky Derby, NCAA Wrestling, Football, Basketball and Hockey, numerous MLS and International soccer games, major pro golf events and countless other college and high school sporting events.

I was hired to photograph the 2008 NCAA DII Baseball World Series by NCAA Photos.
During my career I've worked at the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, the Evansville Sunday Courier & Press, the Belleville News-Democrat, and the Collinsville Herald newspapers. My photos have also been distributed by other news outlets via the Associated Press, Agencie QMI, and MCT/KRT.

My freelance work has been published in Sports Illustrated, ESPN, The Sporting News, and other publications. I have shot corporate work for New Balance, United HealthCare, and Hyundai. 
I have covered many major national news events as well, including the visit of Pope John Paul II to the USA, and every President from Jimmy Carter to Barack Obama. I am a member of SportsShooter and Nikon Professional Service.
