A packed courtroom of well-wishers stands for patriotic music at the conclusion of a swearing-in ceremony for newly-elected Congressmen Bill Enyart and Rodney Davis at the Federal Courthouse in East St. Louis. U.S. District Judge Phil Gilbert swore in Enyart, and U.S. District Judge Michael Reagan swore in Davis. The two new congressmen had already been officially sworn in on January 3 in Washington, D.C., but this ceremony was held so that political associates, friends and family members of the two could be present.
