He and other  youngsters - who were his "targets" - are attending Camp Quackers, a day camp sponsored by the Belleville Parks & Recreation Department, for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. It is based in Bellevue Park. On Wednesday, they will hold a Camp Quackers Olympics, on Thursday they take a field trip to Splash City in Collinsville, and Friday is the culminating event, a Penny Carnival. About 50 youngsters are in this, the final week of the annual camp. The camp runs for ten weeks during the summer, starting in early June.
