011212tvsnowburst.A post office patron carries packages outside the downtown Belleville post office just as a brief snowburst hit early Thursday afternoon.  After the initial snowfall moved through overnight and in the early morning hours, a large spinning low-pressure system caused the snow system to churn counter-clockwise over the Midwest, bringing waves of flurries or light snow periodically throughout the day.
